What is the difference between a custom tailored suit and off the rack suit ?
A custom tailored suit is a garment which has been made to the precise measurements of the customer's shape, size and style. Ready to wear off the rack suits, on the other hand, come in standard sizes that don't fit you perfectly. Thus essentially custom tailored suits fit better and are more comfortable.
What's the most popular style?
The best part of a custom tailored suit is that it can tailored to suit your personal signature style . You don't need to follow the trends published every few months. The most popular styles amongst our customers is the notch lapel single breasted two button suit with side vents and flat pants without pleats. You don't have to settle for the one or two grey pin stripe suits you would find on the rack in a departmental store. We offer you grey pinstripes in a variety of fabrics, shades, weights, textures, etc.; dozens os styling options such as vest or no vest; center vents or side vents or no vents; plus an infinite range of detailing options.
What does Relaxed, Slim and Super Slim Fit mean?
These are simply descriptions of how close fitting your suit will be. If you are fond of a little comfort in your suit, then the Relaxed fit is for you; alternatively , the Slim Fit provides a neat tapered look to the jacket. In general, the Relaxed or Slim Fit is what most people are used to. Super Slim Fit, however, can take some getting used to, but is extremely flattering on some body shapes.
Can you offer advice on the best suit for me ?
When you come in for a fitting, we are happy to give you style advice on what will work best for you, in fact it is a part of the measuring process. Some styles suit some shapes better than the others and if you need advice we are happy to offer it. Our only concern is that you have a suit that flatters you. Further more , in our experience, there are some tastes that cannot be satisfied with our range of cloths. You can provide us with your material when you place an order with us. This service is available only at our showroom in Kolkata.
Do I need to book an appointment to place an order in your shop in Kolkata?
It is always better to call in advance and to fix an appointment but it is not compulsory. Just walk into our showroom and our sales representative will assist you accordingly.
Why should I buy from Keshan Bespoke and not my local store?
Bespoke is always better than off the rack.

We at Keshan Bespoke only make garments individually. This means that you pick the fabric out of thousands of swatches and personalize it with your own choice of style. The garments are cut keeping your shape and measurements in mind. In your local store you will have to pick from already made suits and compromise on design, fabric and fit. No one is small, medium or large, so why should your suits be?

Our tailors work on a single suit for hours, working with the fabric, your measurements and body posture to make a suit which will not only fit your size, but also your lifestyle. We take time to talk and understand the needs of the customer and then tailor a suit around him.

Be a part of History : Tailoring was always bespoke. Fabrics were " spoken " for and the tailors would add a double vent for people who rode on horses, so the jacket would be comfortable. At Keshan Bespoke we have kept this rich history of Bespoke tailoring from becoming history. We make sure that every suit that comes out has the unique marks of a bespoken suit. All our tailors are "masters" and we make sure they are treated as such.
How much do your suits cost?
Our custom suits range from U.S. $ 325 to $ 1500, depending on the materials. We have a large range of fabrics and there is an understandable variation in quality and price thereof. Our custom shirts range from U.S. $ 75 - $ 300 again depending on the materials.
How do i get a suit or a shirt made?
Getting a bespoke suit from Kolkata has never been this easy. The process is simple and efficient.

When you come for the appointment, our tailors will discuss your requirements and show you fabric swatches which we carry with us. We will also provide consultation and help you in the selection process if you so desire.

Once we know the fabric, we will discuss the style of the garment. Inquire about things like, how many buttons on the jacket, pleated or pleatless trousers, the collar styles of the shirt, and such. We will also give you our opinion so that you can make an informed decision.

Detailed measurements will be taken at this time. We take over 25 measurements for better fit and if required photographs of the customer. These photo graphs are used to determine the posture , shoulder shape and other details. These photographs are then shared with the master cutter when he is cutting the suit so that he has a better idea of the customers build and shape.

The order is then emailed back to Kolkata where the fabric is cut right away and handed over to the tailor for further processing. In case of overseas order it takes between 4 - 6 weeks to get your clothes delivered. For orders at our showroom in Kolkata, the first fitting can take place the very next day.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, cash or bank transfers at our showroom in Kolkata. When travelling overseas, we accept only bank transfers.
